For over 12 years, I worked successfully in marketing, design, and art. Over time, I realized that the connection between work and mental health became increasingly important to me—so much so that it became a central part of my life.
Certain questions never left my mind:
- What truly makes us happy?
- What does real fulfillment look like?
- How can we find inner peace in today’s fast-paced world?
- And most importantly—how do we break free from deep-seated negative beliefs and limiting thoughts for good?
“The only constant in life is change.” And change can be exciting, wonderful, and deeply transformative. Life is an adventure—one that should be enjoyed, filled with ease and joy. We are meant to grow, evolve, and make mistakes. Sometimes we need to slow down, allow ourselves to be still, or simply look at things from a different perspective with more self-compassion.
As a behavioral therapist, combined with my specialized training in RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®), I work with individuals to explore their personal questions and unique stories—helping them find answers that truly fit their lives. I believe in an interactive, creative, and deeply personal approach to therapy, because no two people are the same.
