Your Mental Health in Focus
Clinical psychological treatment is a professional, evidence-based approach designed to identify, understand, and effectively address psychological distress and disorders. In clinical psychology, we draw from a variety of scientifically proven therapeutic methods that have demonstrated their effectiveness. Our goal is to work together to enhance your quality of life, alleviate psychological symptoms, strengthen personal resources, and support your personal growth.
About Me
I’m Theresa Pesendorfer, a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in Training under Supervision. In addition to my private practice (Mittelpunkt Psyche and the Institute for Psychosomatics and Behavioral Therapy), I have been working at Autism Center Libelle GmbH for the past ten years.
My goal is to offer and shape state-of-the-art therapy that is always evolving with the latest scientific advancements. This is why I continuously expand my knowledge through trainings, conferences, and networking events—most recently in EMDR trauma therapy.
My passion lies in working with people, guiding them on their journey toward greater well-being and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in fostering an atmosphere of openness, empathy, transparency, authenticity, and mindfulness.
What This Means in Practice
Openness → I encourage open communication, creating a space where you feel safe and understood.
Empathy → I meet you at eye level, take your emotions seriously, and support you in recognizing challenges while developing individualized solutions.
Transparency → You will receive clear insights into the therapy process and my working methods.
Authenticity → I prioritize honesty and sincerity to build a trusting relationship with you.
Mindfulness → Together, we create space for thoughtful, intentional work on your concerns.
