My name is Katja Pardey. I am a psychologist and a self-employed psychotherapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy. At the same time, I work in the educational field, currently in the context of school social work.
As a psychotherapist, my goal is to offer you comprehensive and individualized support in dealing with distressing emotions and overcoming challenging life situations. I place great importance on your uniqueness and treat your personal concerns with appreciation and respect. Creating a space that is built on trust, transparency, warmth, and a sense of equality is especially important to me.
Together, we will explore and work through troubling thought and behavior patterns, take into account significant biographical experiences, rediscover lost strengths, and develop tailored solutions that suit your individual life situation. I work integratively across various levels of psychological experience, combining cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness-based, imaginative, and emotion-focused approaches.
For me, therapy means having the courage to look at yourself from all angles—to understand, accept, and then initiate change. Deciding to begin therapy is often already the first courageous step in that direction.
You are warmly welcome!
